Mark your calendars! The 2026 Annual Kings Pointe Neighborhood Garage Sale will be May 14th, 15th, and 16th, 9am till 4pm daily.
2026 ANNUAL MEETING
Our 2026 Annual Meeting will be held on May 12th at 6:00 PM
This meeting is open to all Kings Pointe residents
We will be meeting in the community room at the Grand Blanc Township Police Station, 5405 S. Saginaw Road, Grand Blanc, MI. All residents are encouraged to attend. We will recap things we have accomplished over the past year as well as upcoming plans for 2026 and beyond. The Annual Meeting is also where the election of Board Members takes place. If you would like to serve on your neighborhood board, or just like to meet us, we certainly would encourage you to attend.
