The Hills of Kings Pointe official website
Welcome to Kings Pointe, a premiere subdivision located in Grand Blanc MI. On summer days you will find many of us outside walking, riding bikes, socializing with our friends and neighbors and kids playing. Located close by are the Grand Blanc Commons, a nature area with great walking trails. Grand Blanc also has many bike paths with direct access from our Genesee Rd. entrance.
Kings Pointe was built by Eldon L. Auker as one of Grand Blanc’s premier subdivisions, with distinctive brick entrances and landscaped islands. In 2006, the Auker Corporation turned over responsibility for maintaining these features to the residents. Neighbors then
formed an official association with clear bylaws and incorporated it so rules couldn’t be changed without majority approval.
Our association cannot regulate personal property choices like mailboxes, sheds, or trash can placement. We have no code enforcement authority; only the city and township can
enforce ordinances.
What We Do
Our work goes far beyond planting flowers:
Pay the Consumers Energy bill for entrance lighting
Pay the water bill for landscaping
Maintain insurance on the brick structures
File insurance claims when vehicles damage those structures (three incidents so far)
Report potholes, storm drain issues, and road concerns to the City and Township to help get them quickly resolved.
Maintain the brick entrances and represent neighborhood needs
We do this for the benefit of all residents.

Why Your Support Matters
We want Kings Pointe to remain a welcoming, connected, and desirable place to live. We want to keep it neighborly and a subdivision where all feel welcomed and each homeowner represented. To do that, we rely on community participation.
Our annual dues are $80 and not mandatory, unlike many subdivisions that charge $400–$500 through property taxes. But participation has dropped to about 30–35%, and we need to reach at least 50% to maintain our neighborhood properly.
To those who have supported us consistently — thank you. If you haven’t joined yet, please consider doing so at kingspointegb.com under the Membership tab. You can also make a contribution in any amount.
Thank you for helping keep Kings Pointe a great place to live.
